With the aim of rectifying the irregularities in following the principles of communal reservation adopted by the PSC for appointments in public sector undertakings and local bodies the Legislative Assembly has passed several corrective Acts like The Kerala PSC (Additional Functions) Act, 1963 relating to the KSEB, The Kerala PSC(Additional Functions as respects the KSRTC) Act, 1970.The Kerala PSC (Additional Functions as Respects certain Corporation and Companies) Act, 1970, The Kerala PSC (Additional Functions as Respects the services under Local Authorities) Act, 1973, The Kerala PSC (Additional Functions as Respects certain societies) Act, 1996.
