 II.  Calling Attention:-

(1)   Shri. B. Babu Prasad to call the attention of the Minister for Revenue to the difficulties being faced by the Tsunami Victims in Harippad Constituency due to the laxity reportedly being exists in Tsunami relief activities.

(2)    Smt. K.K. Shylaja Teacher to call the attention of the Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs, Sports and Youth Affairs and Ports to the necessity to pressurise the Central Government in sanctioning the Talicherry – Mysore railway line.

 III.   Presentation of Reports:

      (1)   Dr. Thomas Issac, Minister for Finance and Chairman Subject Committee - VIII to present the Report of the Subject Committee on the Kerala Finance Bill, 2006.

     (2)   Shri. Aryadan Muhammed, Chairman, Committee on Public Accounts to present the Fifth to Fifteenth Reports of the Committee.

 IV.   Legislative Business :-

              Introduction and further stages of the Kerala Appropriation (No.16) Bill, 2006.

 V.   Statutory Resolution:-  

                         Shri. N.K. Premachandran, Minister for Water Resources to move the resolution under Section 30 of Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003.
