     the necessity to enact new laws and impose restrictions in the journeys, including study

     tours, of school children in the State in the light of Thattekad boat tragedy. 

 (2)    Shri. Babu Paul to call the attention of the Minister for Water Resources to the necessity to renovate the outdated lift irrigation projects in the Ernakulam District.
