     (1) Shri. G. Karthikeyan  to call the attention of the Chief Minister to the reported situation hampering  the establishment of IIT and IISER in Kerala and in upgrading the status of Thiruvananthapuram Medical College to that of AIIMS. 

(2)  Shri. Babu M. Palissery to call the attention of the Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs, Sports and Youth Affairs and Ports  to the necessity to file a petition before the Supreme Court to review its decision imposing controls  on noise  pollution, as it will    adversely affect the conduct of festivals and rituals in Temples, Churches and Mosques in Kerala.
