for Water Resources to the necessity to enact appropriate
laws to prevent the filling of canals and rivers in the
State.

to lay on the Table the Report of Justice C. Khalid
Commission of Enquiry about the suicide of Rajani S. Anand,
together with the Memorandum of action taken by the

delay in submitting the Report.
