to have arisen consequent on the purchase of landed
properties in the State on excessive price by certain
persons.

Shri. K.P. Mohanan to call the attention of the Minister
for Local Self Government and Rural Development to the
difficulties reportedly being faced by the people due to
the lack of sufficient staff in the Grama panchayats in
the State.
