II.  Calling Attention:-  

  (1)    Shri. C. F. Thomas to call the attention of the Minister for Health and Social Welfare to the difficulties reportedly being faced by the patients for want of sufficient facilities in Government Hospitals in the State.

(2)    Shri. M. Hamsa to call the attention of the Minister for Revenue to the necessity to take steps to face the anticipated drought and water scarcity in the State in the current year.

 III. Consideration of Report:-   

     Shri. Saju Paul, Chairman, Committee on Private Members’ Bills and Resolutions to present the Second Report of the Committee.

IV. Legislative Business :-

(1) Motion  for consideration  and further stages of  the Kerala Road- Safety Authority Bill, 2006 as reported by the Subject Committee.
