Vice-President and State Executive Member of Malabar Kisan Panchayat; President, Malabar Harijan Samaj, Kerala State Harijan Samaj, Karshaka Janata; Joint Secretary, PSP and later SSP.; Member, Janata Party State Committee, Cochin Shipyard Director Board.
